After a short break we're back at Crookes Social Club this week as we welcome a band who impressed us all when they played at the Crucible a couple of years ago.

 Led by Arnie Somogyi, the “Jump Monk” project is dedicated to performing the music of two of the greatest jazz composers and musicians: pianist Thelonious Monk and bass player Charles Mingus.
