Sheffield Jazz Autumn Season starts on Friday

The Sheffield Jazz autumn season is back, and off to a great start on Friday 22nd September at 20.00 at Crookes Social Club with the tremendous Brandon Allen sextet.

Rated by Jazzwise as arguably the most exciting tenor player in Britain today, Brandon Allen brings his scintillating three-horn front-line sextet to Sheffield, featuring some of the finest musicians on the UK jazz scene. Formed in 2012, the band will perform exciting new melodic arrangements of much-loved standards with virtuoso solos.
