Martin Speake 19 March

From Roger Sawyer at Huddersfield Jazz

"Dear Jazz Lover

Despite rumours to the contrary, we are still in business - albeit with a new rival for your attention! Still, they say competition is good for the customer, so we will do our best to up our game to attract you to our gigs.

First of all, check out our new venue - The Heritage Quay at Huddersfield University HD1 3DH . Situated in what was the Central Services Building, Heritage Quay is ideally placed in the centre of the campus, with plenty of well-lit, free parking.

The new name for the venue is “The Jazz Room”, where there will be table seating and a fully stocked bar. For the moment, we have decided not to provide any catering, but are more than willing to hear your thoughts on this.Full details of the gigs are on the attached leaflet, but here’s a brief summary to whet your appetite:-
